Uruguay has established diplomatic relations after the Independence of Bangladesh  Relations between the two countries have widened gradual and mutual growth especially after Uruguay’s opening of the Consulate of Uruguay In Dhaka Bangladesh . Uruguay is represented in Bangladesh by the Consulate of Uruguay.
